The society has a system of differential membership fees that allows easy access to eastern European members, thus creating faciliating links among the scholars from both sides of Europe or even from other continents.

Currently, as established at the AGM in Moscow 2000, the fees are:

Western Europe US$20 or 20 Euros

Israel, Baltic Countries, Poland, Hungary, Czech Rep. & Slovenia US$5 or 5 Euros

Eastern Europe US$2 or 2 Euros
